I'm not an all or nothing guy. I'm not arguing for pure socialism, I am though arguing against pure capitalism. The best times in America is where we have had a balance between the two, namely the period following WWII, up to the ending of the balance that came under Reagan, and continues to this day to destroy the middle class. Right now, the capitalism we have now, and globalization with no concern for the consequences of the country is leading to a major transfer of wealth from the middle class to the ruling class. Just read the overall statistics of what is happening to the middle class, and how the ruling class is without restraint. It is the fools who think the ruling class is going to let the average American have the American dream...when the dream of the ruling class is a return to feudalism, where there are only two classes.
