NEW YORK (CNN) -- There was a shooting Wednesday at New York's City Hall, the New York Police Department said, and two people were carried out on stretchers. New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg was inside his second floor office when the shooting occurred, and is unharmed, said his press secretary, Edward Skyler.
