It was a great chat session, given the crappy PA . Thanks again to all of you who attended. Here is the recount. I started applying the scrap, I will start with the extreme of the entry bar, it is ussually 1 to 1,5 points away from entry level. 1. In hindsigth the first opp was the long at the open, and that was it. But that is for the son´s thread and I am not there yet. So I wil stick to lines and rets. 2. As the first DL was broken i took the short and scratched it. as prices failed to break above 97 my thinking was chop so I avoided any other trade until the BO came. Given the rapid acceleration at the open, I was expecting that the new upside opportunity would be harder as it was. 3. BO and RET, then long it was, but it was short lived. I scratched and failed to fan the line so my mind turned into Short mode and did not get back in the long side after the scracth. Something to work on. 4. This was the short that should have not been taken, I am not ready for this kind of trades just yet so let´s focus on HLs and LHs. 5.Price failed to go above 03 and the DL was broken hence short, it did not last long and fiven that price broke LSH i just marked it as mor chop. 6. I missed the entry in the first ret after the BO as I avoided shorting on S. But then as the SL held I decided to go for the Next RET, but by then the trend ran out of steam and we were below the 50% level from the open and the MP of the opening range that proved to be strong S. Bad call. 7. A new long, but it failed to move fast so I scratched.
We have been in a TR since 00:00, buyers tried to find a following around 7:15 but failed, sellers then took over and seemed like things were looking good for sellers but they lost interest below 94. As of now, buyers and sellers are struggling around 97 (the bottom of the overnite TR, and a new small TR is forming between 95-97.
Although I am trying something new in the chat, which results still suck to be posted here. I am keeping the record of the entries triggered with "the drill". Not bad for today. http://www.traderslaboratory.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=37625&stc=1&d=1390322441
