Putin is ex-KGB, he has ordered the murders of tens if not thousands of people (good luck getting the documents out of KGB or not FSB).
His personal wealth is in the billions, it's all well hidden though so the Putin worshiping lower class wouldn't know this - it would be a devastating blow to his popularity if it came out.

  4. Are you talking about the United States or Brazil?

That statement fits better the United States than Brazil in 2012 and in future years.

If you are talking about Brazil that shows that you are completely clueless about what has been going on in Brazil for a number of years.

BRIC offers potentials and growth into next decade atleast.

This is more so because, even after 10 years of strong growth, BRIC nations are in low levels in terms of standards of living and national infrastructures.

May be Russia might be little above the third world, but rest of the BRI are total third world nations where crony capitalism is in full swing.

Not long term way of functioning.

    :) :D
