Nominating a black woman is now a form of segregation? Come on, man. Think this stuff through. It’s just as stupid as calling nominating a black woman “affirmative action.” I get in your bubble it all makes so much sense though. Trump gets a list of judges he can only choose from but that’s ok because they are not people of color but Biden pledges to nominate a black woman from the thousands that are qualified and you lose your mind and call it segregation. To be clear, Biden is considering a larger pool of choices than Trump did. It’s just so stupid. It really, really is and what’s sad is you can’t even see how stupid it is.
If he just would have nominated a black woman, it may or may not have been affirmative action. Announcing in advance that only black women would be considered makes it affirmative action for certain.
I pre-warned the viewers that your binary mind would not be able to process what I said, and you did not disappoint. It most definitely is not racist to nominate a black woman. But Biden and his administration's unrelenting focus on race as the primary factor in choosing people and qualifying them for certain programs most definitely is racist and has led to the re-segregation of America.
It was a list of potential nominees who had a record of the judicial philosophy that he was seeking. As I asked before, "see if you can spot the difference" between using that as a starting point versus skin color. And as the viewers can clearly see, you cannot, or rather, it is not convenient for you to see it.
Eleven white people on a list is ideology and one black woman is affirmative action. And if Biden released a list of eleven black women would that help y’all from getting so triggered?
Academic prowess? You act like these judges aren’t shills either way. What academic prowess, pray tell, led the court to declare corporations are people so big business could make unlimited, in the dark political donations? Enlighten us.
