Moving the goal posts now. Listen you have no idea what any of the justices on the court currently scored on their LSATs but you want to apply a stereotype to an unnamed nominee because she will be black. Think about that. What you’re doing is actual racism here.
1. Biden made this as a campaign pledge and he’s keeping it. Good for him. Like I said no one bats an eye when candidates have pledged to nominate a woman. She picked The Dem party because she had to to win in the dark blue Hawaii.She grew up in a republican household where her father was a republican politition(before switching to democrat after he lost as a republican) and its clear she still has those values.Career opportunities as a republican in Hawaii are very limited so she called herself a democrat.Unlike her father rather than start as a Republican and than switch parties she knew to start her political calling herself a democrat.
