    Just more conservative failure

“Facing the prospect of a devastating loss in Parliament, British Prime Minister Theresa May announced Monday that she would delay a vote on the Brexit plan she negotiated with the European Union,” the Washington Post reports.

  4. Boris most likely to be elected Prime Minister tomorrow/tuesday and I think sworn in at noon or thereabouts on Wednesday- and be well on his way to offending people by the end of the week.

For gawd's sake Brits, get your fingers out of your collective arses and move this Brexit thing forward- and stop the damn dithering. The Americans will help you if dont get a good deal with the EU. You will kick us in the balls and try to get superior with us whlle we are helping you but we expect no less. Let's get going.

You guys haven't had a real man as PM since Margaret Thatcher left. I doubt that Boris will fix that but he will be better than Theresa May, Miss Mediocrity.

  5. The Brits are gearing up to enter Tabloid Heaven with Boris having entered the building.

Looks like Boris might be bringing some tail into 10 Downing to minimize his commuting.

Yup, just like with Trump, the media will moan and cry big crocodile tears day in and day out- while knowing that Boris- as with Trump- is the best thing that ever happened to their sorry arse media operations.

As I said, the Brits are about to enter Tabloid Heaven on steroids.
Not sure what her title will be. Maybe "Prime Tail" or something like that. We shall see.

I think it has been almost two weeks since the police were called to break up a spat between boris and his tail. So that's all in the past. I am sure everything will be smooth from here. Until she writes her book.

  7. Nigel was not elected and will not be elected Prime Minister but his power is not to be underestimated in the scheme of things. He is tight with Trump and the Brits need the Americans bigtime if/when they leave the EU. Also- and big emphasis here- Boris and the Tories need his BrexitParty members to cobble together a majority government.

  8. Where we at with Brexit now?

Anyone have a feel for that or think they are up to speed?

The faucet has been turned on and off so many times and Boris has been in and out of the shiiter so many times in the last couple weeks that I have lost track of where we are, not that anyone ever knew.

Last I heard we were scheduled for a hard exit on October 31. But then Boris was supposed to be shit-canned for circumventing Parliament. Then we went into a period where the Brits just focused on Boris's girlfriends because I guess that is what they do when they cannot take anymore Brexit talk.

Okay sure, there are still problems with the Irish backstop issue and all of that. Yeh okay. But that issue has been in front of them for years. What's going to happen by the end of the month to change that?

What a mess. Git er done for gawd's sake.

Boris is running down the clock. The UK will crash out of the EU on the 31st of October with no deal.

  10. I hear ya.

But the Brit's capacity to kick this can down the road is enormous.

Oct 31 can become "by the end of the year" very easily. It would not if Boris controlled everything but he doesnt.

I will let them surprise me- OR NOT.
