  1. No matter how this turns out, I predict Trump's next Supreme Court nominee will be female. Just sayin'.

  2. Of that there is no doubt. Probably should have done that to begin with.

  3. I don't know. That might be but it could also be a mistake- or should I say- a challenge?

The dems are vicious towards white men but they can be ultra-vicious toward women and minorities who go off the reservation.

Clarence Thomas is Exhibit A. Republicans nominated a minority and you would think that dems would rejoice in that truly historic moment in history. But no, they destroyed the man and then put up a black woman to have black on black bloodbath to turn the occasion into one of the ugliest in American history.

If the republicans nominate a pro-abortion woman (this is a hypothetical, eh) who is for open borders (hypothetical) then maybe. Otherwise the dems are going to be loaded for bear for a woman not acting like she is owned by the democrats. It will be extra-bloody.

If you look ahead, the republicans are in a tough spot with Kavanaugh but the dems are in an even tougher spot so they must - absolutely must- win this one. The most likely future scenario is that Ruthie steps down and Trump appoints another justice. Except the dems might control the senate or there might be dissenting republicans. So then you just get into ultra-long stand-offs with a vacant seat for months or years. But it is the republicans who win in that scenario because the appointment of kavanaugh- if it happens- tips the balance of the court- and a future vacant seat just keeps that balance in place. Yeh, the dems have to win this one. They will do anything and have done anything.

    MORE TO COME.
