Since you were referring to healthcare in this thread we'll use it as an example: You seriously don't understand (stupidity), or are willfully ignorant to the entirely logical perspective that the present healthcare bill 1) is unconstitutional 2) will increase the federal budget, despite blatently dishonest CBO projections, and 3) is inherently instrusive upon our freedoms.
