When we find those responsible for inner city crime, throw the book at them. Let's find them. Who looks for them? The police. Let's fix the police too. Let's prosecute corrupt police. Shall we? A corrupt LEO can do much more damage to a community than one career criminal. How would you like your mother's, or your wife's, or your daughter's, or your niece's residence to be wrongfully raided by multiple BLACK male officers while she's just coming out of the shower naked, and handcuffed before later given something to semi cover her naked body with--all on bodycam? Are these the actions of a world superpower? Or would you expect that from a "shithole" country? We first have to find criminals. But we already know who the corrupt officers are. They have long, disturbing personnel records; but are still out in the streets with police powers.
Who looks for them? Exactly!...... besides the police, which the left wants to defund, the answer is nobody. I’ll agree, let’s prosecute bad cops..... also lets have the media, push 24/7, on every channel, to end inner-city gang violence. Let’s see CNN air an 8 hour special on the problems faced by inner-city youth. Let’s see the big 3, ABC, NBC, CBS air a joint live broadcast, highlighting a drive-by shooting and it’s victims, calling out the gangs in question, using their journalistic power to out said criminals. Let’s see the left and their messengers actually lift a finger to help instead of just fanning racial tensions.
If we do what you suggest, there'd be no need to fan/reveal the racial tensions. Minorities don't fuel racial tensions ... except when they are killed or discriminated against unlawfully. So we agree there too if minorities aren't being killed unlawfully or discriminated against. You seem to have issues with the media. Take it up with the media.
Victims have tried relentlessly to have justice. How's that Brionna Taylor justice coming along? How are the Chicago wrong raids being corrected? This shit is nationwide ... as long as minorities are involved. You still haven't said what your thoughts would be if your female loved ones were wrongly raided by twelve Black cops while they were forced to remain naked in front of them and bodycams. You always have a lot of shit to say. How say you on that?
“except when they are killed or discriminated against unlawfully.” Is there a lawful way to kill and discriminate? Tired of the stupid word play. No one should be subjected to police violence but for every police shooting highlighted in society there are hundreds of innocent people shot and killed each week by gang violence. There’s no outrage, no-one protests or riots over them, no 24/7 coverage in the media......... If you’re really concerned about Black lives, start with fixing the inner-city gang problems they face. Focusing entirely on White on Black police violence, as the MSM, only divides.
To be fair....people shot by gang violence are being killed by criminals who we all want off the streets and would serve prison sentences if caught and there would be no hesitation in uniting to see justice done. No one stands up for criminals killing people or claims that criminals have the right to commit crime and should be protected. When a cop kills someone they are doing it under the supposed legal authority of the government without any rules or restrictions apparently and use their badge and gun to violate people's rights in way too many occasions. Then when they do that, they are protected by their supervisors and other fellow officers, rarely face punishment and can continue to work and live while their victims remain dead or scarred. Then people go on social media and defend them doing what they did. So criminals already face outrage from local politicians and local police. Just go talk to the Chicago Mayor, chief of police and local detectives. They are dedicating all of their resources to get rid of gang violence but not so easy when the gang bangers are better armed, are able to operate out in the open because people are afraid to stand up to them, no one testifies what they saw, and they basically terrorize victimes. Cops cannot just go and arrest all gang bangers because you have to wait until they commit a crime and then find evidence to prove which is impossible often. Cops commit their acts in plain view of all America with cameras rolling and they simply walk away with no or little punishment and support of millions for their actions with bullshit defenses. So you can see why police brutality is a different level than criminals doing illegal activity.
When there’s a police shooting, do you think the coverage by the media effects society, specially when they run it 24/7? At the start of every broadcast?
