Breakout stocks grinding higher.

Guys,
Can you teach how you are screening the stocks and are you in day trading or options only?
I enjoy day trading, made money then lost it all. During COVID days. Want to get back in business and reaching out.

 

Friday I bought BMNR $50-$60 calls and a few hundred shares at $49-$49.90. Added CELH, PLTR.

 

PLTR upside or downside? Fear is may collapse as they have been in bull run for fairly long.
