The common cold is a coronavirus. Are you saying that the common cold is just as deadly as COVID-19? Are you saying the hospitalization rate for the common cold is the same as COVID-19? Are you claiming the symptoms of the common cold are the same as COVID-19?
Common cold and the flu have never been tracked like Covid-19 so the data isn't there. The CDC says on their website that they basically guess for flu deaths each year because of lots of issues with reporting flu deaths. For one, states are not required to report under 18 flu deaths. Also people with co-morbidities like lung cancer that die in the hospital don't get tested for the flu when they die, so it's not listed as a cause of death. We really don't know how many die from the flu each year, but considering 150k die from lung cancer alone, and many people get the flu each year so the flu numbers might be much higher than we've been led to believe. There are some other reasons why flu deaths might be lower than reported, but you can read that yourself.
Right. I should have assumed the reality TV version rather than the real verion: I'd have thought that he would like the real ninja garb. Black is a very slimming color.
We had the same idea, I first thought to use that contest instead. Edit: I jokingly call that show American Forearm Warrior.
