I’m going to call this the “J J Video” becausea sharp Treeper catches the background conversation within a video of the Mike Brown shooting scene. The video was uploaded by a U-Tube account “Black Canseco“. The video was taken in the aftermath of the shooting, and judging from the comments attributed to the uploader -although he was not a direct witness- he felt the video was affirmational toward Mike Brown and the anti-police narrative. However, probably unknown -or at least unnoticed- in the background of the video you can hear an audio conversation of a male eye witness to the shooting itself describing what he saw to another curious male spectator. Again, the conversation of importance is in the background. If anyone has the audio software to clear up the foreground, and distracting screams in the background, and focus in on that off camera two party conversation it would be very beneficial. It would be specifically beneficial because what the eye witness is describing immediately after the shooting is in direct alignment with a second party statement from a friend of Officer Darren Wilson. FIRST, The friend describes the event -as told to her by Wilson- as follows: He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up. And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off. Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.” (link) Focusing in on the aspect that “Big Mike” Brown initially shoved, then scuffled with the cop, then a shot fired at the vehicle, then he ran, then he doubled back toward Officer Wilson: The eye witness talking on this video describes the exact same scenario. The value in this is specifically because it is unguarded, and unprompted, testimony from an eyewitness that contradicts several others who spoke later but may have an agenda or pressure from the community. Again, the conversation to focus on is in the background - Here’s the video and my seriously rough attempt at transcription, the important part is at 06:28 point: [ "#2" is the male eye witness ] @6:28/6:29 of video #1 How’d he get from there to there? #2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck {crosstalk} #2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him {crosstalk} #2 Then the next thing I know he coming back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him – #1. Oh, the police got his gun #2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him {crosstalk} #2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing #1 The Police? #2 The Police shot him #1 Police? #2 The next thing I know … I’m thinking … the dude started running … (garbled something about “he took it from him”) Additionally, this eye witness account clarifies other issues and disputes the “shot in back narrative”. The police vehicle was positioned “screen view left” – Mike Brown’s body is positioned head toward police vehicle. This would also corroborate both the Officer (as told to his friend) and this witness account of what transpired. If anyone can clean up that audio, I’m sure the police investigators would a.) like to hear it, and b.) like to talk to the man who is explaining what he saw firsthand on the street. A significantly different account of events. One would think it's certainly worthy of network news coverage. If, and I say if this is anywhere near true, it changes everything about the case in question. If it's not shown on network TV I'd be curious to see how many people riot due to the lack of coverage. Judging from the robbery video and this account, the "gentle giant" angle goes out the window.

1) In 'righteous' protest against a (possible) crime, blacks go out and commit innumerable crimes (looting and property destruction)...... 2) No credible, corroborated eye-witness testimony has come forth about the shooting, yet Blacks are convinced Big Mike was murdered in cold blood. 3) Big Mike turns out to be a criminal, and a stupid one, identified in a robbery minutes before the shooting?!? 4) Blacks kill thousands of their own, each year, yet the "black community" is never outraged, holds zero press conferences, or marches. Black on black crime doesn't exist...... lol 5) The odd white person kills a black in questionable circumstances, and blacks demonstrate and burn cities. As if whites killing blacks are the problem.... 6) Black on white crime is far more prevalent then white on black crime, despite blacks comprising a small minority of the population and whites the near majority. 7) Eric Holder indicts whites regularly for hate crimes yet ignores all the blacks in knock out videos punching out white pedestrians minding their own business.
