Who knows? It's called deception. Either you're really a pompous dogmatic fool or just pretending to be one.

Have to say it's a really good act, if that's what it is.

  2. archimedes - might as well leave it at that - in forum parlance the guy's just a troll, using standard trolling tools... this is a well documented behavioural pattern... some of them can be witty, even smart, this one is neither... little amusement value, unlike niederhoffer... remember: losers NEVER lose, it's always about sthg else, until they're dead...

    How very expected.

As long as you agree amongst yourselves you're happy campers.

  7. Archimedes,

I enjoy your posts and wit, and I marvel at your effort to consistently present facts in a fair and balanced manner. However, in this instance, as in some previous ones, your considerable energy has gone for naught. I was watching Ann Coulter on Jay Leno yesterday night, and it dawned on me. Some people are just meant to be stupid. They don't all necessarily have to be. Apparently some simply choose to be. And who are we to change their nature? And if they are just waxing moronic to draw a crowd, then that draws yet another parallel with the inestimable Ms. Coulter, doesn't it?

  8. Oh, sure. It's mostly for entertainment value, no doubt about that.

I have an idealist streak and a curiosity streak. I can't stand the combination of arrogance and stupidity, and I am deeply fascinated by the human condition. When I get involved in this type of thing, it's usually because the two streaks have combined in some way. Niederhoffer and Marketsurfer are both extremely interesting specimens.

It's fascinating the way you've gone into a huddle when threatened; the posturing and agreement amongst yourselves is hilarious.

This is a serious psychological weakness for a trader, and I'm happy to tell you this because I know you won't be able to profit from it. The reason it won't help; none of you will be able to change your nature. You are a crowd, and when push comes to shove all your deductions are centered around group agreement.

    I enjoy taking your money.

  10. And I surmise that all your deductions will be centered around your trading account.
