  1. I was actually referring to a market that blows through your stop; therefor not allowing you to honor or reverse in time.

One of those unique events that happen every year or so; when you really don't want them to ...

  2. Then I lose $, but take a little time to search for the best opportunity to cut my losses.

  4. Brandon looks at gaps, thetraderprofit reads GAAP, and the rest of you clowns are talking about your lunchboxes and someone's ass. You call this entertaining? Are you traders, or really just a bunch of "posers", or maybe just a bunch of freakin losers?

  6. sorry metooxx, you were also having intelligent conversation about gaps. I hope you didn't think I was including you with the rest of the morons.

I would absolutely love to know how many of the above clowns are profitable. Zero?

  7. No problem; I am just trying to get the lunch box out so I can go to bed ...

The one thing about traders is, you never know.

  8. meetooxx.

Kind of like that day in April 01 when the fed made a suprise cut and I had just gone short 300 NVDA in the low 70's....Almost puked in my trashcan....lol....waited a little while for the madness to wear off and got out a lot better than if I had panicked covered.....also my system locked (the dial connection that I had at the time couldn't handle the fast market) up on the initial rush to buy, buy, buy....or I might have gotten out quickly on the way up....anyway I waited about an hour, got out at a better price and NVDA didn't see 70 again for a long time....it went on to challange 100. Now if I had only reversed and held... ....lol

Hindsight is a wonderful thing :)

  9. We always have those kind of problems.

The one thing about arbitrage trading is that you are always on the wrong side of ugly shit ...

  10. The kicker was that I had just closed a profitable NVDA long and reversed for an exhaustion clip, when Greenies news hit...lol.....I was whining that day, for real...
