This might sound stupid (im still learning), but BRCD in 2002 was pretty much on the same lines as BRCM, and then BRCM shot up to around 42.00 from 17.00 to 19.00 while in june of 2002. BRCD shot down to around 6.50 from 16.00 to 19.00 in late 2002...I remember it trading for over 20.00 and even a few years ago it traded for over 50.00... Now that its so low, will it go back up like BRCM did? This is almost as low at it has even been. ??
There might be a bit more to it than that. For starters, they're in totally different businesses. BRCM's is redhot, BRCD's is not.
