Conquering by definition means you are up against weaker people. Overall the white man has treated the conquered Indians much better then they treat themselves. The Mayans would sacrifice and kill the captured enemy. Pull their beating hearts out live. The American Indians were in a constant state of war, killing prisoners never returning them. The primitive nature of the American Indians was the reason they could not fight the Whites. Hard to imagine the Indians in 10,000 years never invented the wheel.
