Here you are MK, and I guarantee that 95% of ET are adept at this method:

  3. Enter confidently on the first bar. See illustrations FF 4 and FF 2 in another thread, for example.

Preparation for day trading begins in one place. the completion of your critical debriefing notes the afternoon before.

alwys put one sentence along the bottom line of these notes; to whit:

"the market open is ______ tomorrow."

what happens after you write this?

The hours pass until the open.

During those hours you can do anything you wish.

    The OP creates fog.

Personally, I look forward to locking in my first profit for the day.

I walk in the afternnon. As I walk I think pleasant thoughts and enjoy the scenery in all directions since I do figure 8's of 8 blocks each. I wave to neighbors and sometimes chat.

Diner is always very healthy and I share in prepping it. I read many many periodicals. I watch the BBC news and the PBS news sometimes. I watch Charlie Rose and cspan.

At night I go to sleep (I have sleep Apny 17 times over 3 minutes per night I would stop breathing), so I prevent that with machinery including 2L/min of O - 2. I get a ohne call every am from a person dying of ALS; it is a text because he can't talk anymore. he is making an effort each morning to checkin with me. I trade for him daily and he watches his account grow.

The same for 9 others; they get up an monitor their accounts a they begin the projects they do to spend the money. I get emails et. It is fun to se problems getting solved.

Liz is the sales champ for here company in the US; so she is always training the management. Today in SD they surprised her at breakfast. they had an artist make the prototype of the placements all clients and potential clients will get next season for medicare. She invented it as a Monopoly Board of medicare services. All potential cusotmers get to see it and give it to their buddies; it id free and bulk shipped everywhere. When a person forst sees one they say "monopoly " and then ask questions. Profiling the sale is easy.

So after close you nkow you know the open. It is 100% certain. you want to get up and turn on all your computers. you want to have your glass of water with a spoon of apple cider vinager in it to start your motor. I pick a grapefriut and halve it and cut one half into si pieces, I have black coffee and plain raisin toast. to eat I swing my chair 180 degrees. after that I take my vitamins.

I snack all day. I use dips and veggies and just fresh fruit.

I always "know that I know". I know I aqm going to revers with a wash about five times a day. I know what I will be making at any givine time of day. I dod a routine that works.

I follow five interwoven OOE's that are 100 percent reliable. I log and then annotate. The trades are visible in the future coming into the present. they ome when continuation fails. I work bar by bar and give each bar its mathematically determined name.

trading is like driving a car. It take the full offer of the market.

So I do not do fog generation.

Fog generation is a message. the message is: do not trade markets. It comes from the body and proceeds to the brain centers. Fog tells you to not land on the runways that you cannot see. Fog says do not drive your car opn a road until the fog clears.

Fog came from your brain and it got in your brain from the survival parts of the body which are part of your heritage.

    MADA is NOT CW's OODA.

The OP bets and hopes. He is like EMG's messages which have mistaken illustrations. EMG does the same wrong thing all the time on ET.

EMG does not know what the open is going to be. He does not think critically nor does he iteratively refine what he does. He is stuck in the wrong place.

Experience trading the open on bar 1 every day and then link your trades with a six sided die that you rotates the same way every day instead of rolling it to see what it says.

P1>>>>T1>>>>>P2>>>>>T2p>>>>>>T2F>>>>>>P3P. P is peak T is trough on the indepndent variable which, naturally leads the dependent variable, Price.

you know that you know where you begin in the six part loop on bar 1. It could be any one of the six and you know with certainty which elements happened at the end of the day yesterday.

Trading is solving a finite problem. the market "tellegraphs" all the time.

You read the market like you read a sentence. Do you ever not know what the next letter is? you drive on a street. Do you drive step by step consciously? No, you know you know all the time.

    FOG?

    Brain warm up?

What you wrote is saying quit now. Quit is in the dictionary.

  4. All I can say is that It does help me. I have a family package and my wife appreciates the training too. We are both going to graduate school, so it just helped us from getting a "tunnel vision" in our thought process. It doesn't help develop deep cognitive thinking, but it helps in developing a sharper memory, switching between tasks,... ... light warm up before trading I think.

It might help in trading if it allows you to stay fluid in responding to the market; IF the "OP" controls his emotions, the biggest problem.

Anyways, it's cheap for an experiment. If it does work, just fire them.

  5. Enough sleep, caffeine, ALCAR, ALA, CoQ10, exercise. One set of squats to near-failure will activate your CNS.

  10. Has anybody ever "taken a hit' of oxygen from a bottle? Does it do anything?

    That might jump start you.
