"BP, whose value has more than halved since the April 20 accident, has liabilities of up to $US70 billion ($84bn), according to estimates by Goldman Sachs. " http://www.theaustralian.com.au/bus...e-collapse-of-bp/story-e6frg8zx-1225888689087 2 billion right asiaprop, your buddies at Goldman say 84 billion, douchebag!
Oil can spill more or less, it would not matter. BP's problem would be over for a different reason. We will see.
It's because you're talking about a company that earned a profit of over 16 billion dollars last year. Some companies would go bankrupt from a 80 million dollar fine, some wouldn't go bankrupt from an 80 billion dollar fine. Don't get scared by big numbers, you need to see how the worst case scenario would actually affect the company.
it that why you're a millionaire? You are posting too soon after your last post. Try again in a few minutes. We think you type too fast for other ET members to keep up.
