Your reading comprehension sucks. I never mentioned your hero. My post concerns the NFL. Obviously the NFL can pause or change their rules as they see fit, hence the flip flopping on the "no protests" rules implemented during the off season.

Their reluctance to let a franchise show support and healing with their fans and community during a horrendous tragedy speaks volumes.

 

They didnt change the rules for Kap.They would have had to change the rules for Dallas.

 

So what? Again my argument isn't about "Kap". The NFL has shown they can and will bend the rules when they want. They wouldn't let the Cowboys put a small sticker on their helmets honoring 5 slain Police Officers. But they won't enforce their own rules this year by letting players disgrace the flag in protest.

The NFL's lack of a spine and hypocrisy are in full view.

Protesting the police brutality and inequalities by kneeling during the Anthem is patriotic. posting racist and stereotypical images is the opposite. There are rules about modifying your uniform. This is because it can affect the sponsorship dollars that the NFL brand earns. There was no rule about standing for the anthem. Now the issue has become larger that it's not easy to put one in place. If there were a rule about standing for the anthem then Kap would have been violating it.

Speaking of disgrace, how do you feel when American's brandishing the Confederate flag (the nation who attempted to destroy America) or the Nazi flag (a foreign government)? Is your vitriol the same as blacks who kneel?
