  2. Why only 10%? I was up +400% in one account on Friday after buying the AMD $182.5-$200 calls on Thursday?

  3. When I see 50,000-200,000% gains on Reddit in less than a year, even a dummy like me knows it is Power Ball winning luck. The Market has corrupted our minds, the gains insane while losses omitted.

Edited: The BOXX posted by BMR looks good and solid , thank you for it!

  4. Quanto

    It's not impossible :) :
When we assume 52 weeks trading in year (ie. w/o any holidays), then one needs to make
12.67%/week to reach the 50k%/year, and
    15.70%/week to reach the 200k%/year.
The magic of compound interest makes it possible :)
Remember: week has 5 to 7 days for trading... :)

If you think BOXX is good value, I know who's retarded.
If you buy BOXX, then you'll have to leave the position on longterm because any trading / withdrawals, the broker fees will kill the already meagre returns, especially at the ASX where broker fees are a rip off.

The discussion was not about who has the biggest swinging dick.
It was about 5% pa versus +5% in one week of the year which would be a crypto, trading/holding as an alternative.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out even buying a emerging markets ETF which doesn't include China eg EMXC has more potential than BOXX.
It's not the way I would go, I prefer AI atm as a hot sector.

yeah. If you are looking to park cash, the BOXX is a good value because of its tax structure.

if you are looking to punt on risky investments then the risk free return tax deferred is not a trade.

only a fool would compare the two.

Yup, that's it, park cash and allow it to compound naturally because all transactions in and out occur fees which detract from the returns. BOXX does not pay dividends and swing trading is out of the question.

Meanwhile one can swing trade alternative stocks, yes, there is higher risk and work involved but the rewards are far higher.

You're nuts. Plenty of tax free stock trades for the chosen.

When shopping for a car, do you compare it to a fighter jet?

Name one tax free risk free stock trade. The only ones I know of are the ones you lose money on. Maybe you are accustomed to that.
