Bought QQQ Dec31 $98 PUT for $2.79

Discussion in 'Options' started by crazyoptiontrader, Sep 30, 2014.

  1. I bought it at 2.85... my initial limit was 2.79, but ended up tweaking my buy to 2.85... GAwddd... I will take a screen shot of the account next time. :)

@convexx if you try to follow the trade in broader context and leave few cents here and there, u might actually make some money. :)

You lied here about both entries. The thread title reads, "2.79" when the thing never traded under 2.80. So you're rounding down, eh? Your exit at 3.65... no 3.63... never occurred. So yeah, it's pointless to read the thread of a guy or gal who buys and sells outside of the day's range. "Broader context" = you're FOS.

Just post a blotter of your fills and clear it all up.

    Easy peasy.

  5. You're the one who fudged the pennies in the first place. Apparently they were pretty important to you, no?

Ahah who cares +28% or +35% or even +50% with options??!
NASDAQ is ready for a fast plunge, and this is more a question of +1000% than +28%.
Try to get the big picture guys, smart investors are dumping Tesla, Netflix, Facebook and all these shi**
for more than two weeks. At the same time, they buy Apple and Nasdaq to make you believe everything is under control.
Be ready, it will hurt. Sell on every pullback, buy puts.
