    Boring and dividend yield?
LAND .... 3.75% dividend .... buys farmland and does long-term leases.
I'm bullish farmland long-term. Own some directly and some LAND (covered calls). Options are pretty thin but can get filled eventually with limit orders.

How long you going to wait if the stock doesn't move or worse yet goes down.

If price drops your holding dead money. I don't know what the future holds but as a stok investor I don't like holding dead money. My rule is not to have any losing positions in my portfolio.

Coke...If you get if for a fair price, it seems to be a long term buy and hold.

Oracle is just a guess. If they lose market share, they will downsize is my thought.

Former farmer in California; almonds, grapes, peaches, dairy (my father in law was a Vet). Much of LAND's property is in the southern party of the Central Valley. We are going though a big time drought right now (fires as we speak in LA). In my town, IT HAS NOT RAINED SINCE MARCH!! Here is what the reservoir situation looks like...Merced south, you see there in no water for trees...Citrus, almonds, pastachios!!

    Agree, something to consider.
I thought they were diversified enough though by being in 12 different states.
Also, most of the land in CA has irrigation wells, so not getting surface water. I suppose the wells could go dry or CA could shut them down from pumping if the drought continues.
Wish they had more corn/beans/wheat land in the midwest. Lower ROI but lower risk.

Not joking...The state can tell farmers who, when, and where to irrigate. Who can pump and when!!
