That's quite likely. --and I think you mean they were able to keep it off camera etc. ---Not heard of anything yet. but I'd say it's likely. The ballot harvesting itself is so ripe for fraud it, really just common sense that it probably occurred.

 

They had the ballots filled out weeks in advance. They knew exactly how many fake ballots they needed.

We know democrats rigged it because they are staunchly against signature verification. If the election was on the up and up, why would they fight so hard to make sure signature verification didnt happen.
