ChiagoSaint Thanks for the info. I have a Self Emploed Keogh with Fidelity ( I mistakenly thought it was a 401K). The rep told me that I may want to roll over to a SEP IRA. He said that with an IRA, i only pay taxes on a early withdrawl and that I won't have to file a 5055 (?). Since I am self employed, I don't have to worry about my employer (Me!) telling what I can do. So I have been thinking about using this to buy some investment property. Do you have any experience/advise in this area? Thanks
