  9. From all the charts, you do sorting to get the 5 profit parts in 6 months. by quick scans. you can also use the dependent variable axis to do the go/nogo on the 20% requirement.

If you get a keeper, you simply darw the 6 months RTL and then the LTL. Between those two lines are the 5 -20% moves long.

These five are tabulated on the IAS and you get the rank by doing the Arithmetic going across the page.

From this you get a collection of high quality repatable stocks to trade.

On a weekly basis you make up a batting order.

when I began in the 50's. I just used the columns of both sides of the last page of the WSJ. I saw stocks that had good Hi/Lo ranges.

since I kep the last pages and I made a blank master on veluum, I could use brownline copies to plot stocks by just filling in the price and volume for the width of my chart (6 months). I could easily see the ones that made 20% moves in 6 to 8 days.

In one day you are posting daily charts that cover 6 months.

you can use the IAS to calulate heir RANK.

Rank gives you the spectrum of best to worst for making moneey fastest.

In 40 days in 1957, I was up to speed and had a friends list who began before me. He did not have a chart master nor did he chart the daily bars.

BUT when we combined efforts in 1957, we became effective and efficient. I used his saved pages to ramp up our completed chart list.

Flash ahead to 1987 when I moved west just 30 years later. I was plotting intraday where I did bars at fixed times a day because I had a computer disk fed system. I used 8 1/2 by 11 sheets I just glued together. By then I had a four cell window for volume and I was dealing in two dimensions.

Also the commodities and their leverage were also traded. I did 30 minute charts as pairs offest by 15 minutes. By doing projections into the near future of intraday, I could work 15 minutes ahead of the present in terms of the envelope of the space of intraday trends. So I charted two graphs superimposed and always knew when a profit segment was ending.

I could make a net of 900 points per contract on DJX.X on FOMC Greensapn announcements in the three moves plus returning to the overall trend asyptotes.

So I had the pleasure of EDFMAN calling me every tem inutes to get my opinion (they had many accounts coattialing me in those days.

the voice recognition was bi-lateral so it was like being on the floor with all the background noise and all. Exciting times.

times have changed. as you see in ET it is all just talk and envy.

  10. Jack,I have a novel business idea. How do you think, will it work out well?

It calls VideoWindows. You see, many people have quite an ugly view from their windows,so you buy and set the VideoWindow in youur house with any view you wish. For e.g.,if its snowing outside, you can set the window with the ocean view.
