Booktrader (IB) and bracket orders?

Can anyone please tell me how to configure the offsets for bracket orders so that the limit and stop prices are DIFFERENT values? I can configure each, but once I change one, the other automatically changes to that same value.

Specifically, I am trying to get a bracket on ES of 1.5 stop, 3.0 lim. Can't get it to work.

Hey, at least your booktrader works. After monday's upgrade, mine is all screwed up and they say that "they are working on it".

 

What is wrong with your booktrader?

 

Bid and ask size won't refresh. Wind up with all kinds of numbers in bid and ask columns. Jumbled up mess.

 

hmm.

Working just fine on mine. I only trade futures at the moment though.
