Bonds readying to advance?

  1. flat ZN, ZB, long on a breakout, but looking to short a blowoff
    short term bullish long term bearish on bonds. i think we are close to a major top

    ERRATA I meant the next rate hike, not the next rate cut LMAO I guess I was thinking Bernanke is already in office.

    ya, I knew what you meant, the Fed's definitely got one more thing to keep in mind if they choose to invert it end of Jan...

    For me, Long 10yr... and looking to long 2-yr when we get a definitive sign the Fed is about to ease... Long term? hell i dunno, it was a few months ago (during Katrina) that I was thinking inflation would hit the roof... I'm flexible, change my mind ever so often.
