Bond yield dips below 4%

Nov. 21 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Treasuries surged, sending 10- year yields below 4 percent for the first time since 2005, as a decline in Asian stocks spurred demand for the relative safety of government debt.

dow could drop hard, or maybe just techs get smacked around

 

I just wanted to post the same topic.

Good that in 2002 I got 5 year arm at 3.875%. Next August I will get the same rate in refinancing
