  1. I wish I could say what I really would like to say, but I'll restrain myself, and simple say, "Well done."

In any event, movie time for me, so no more posts. As far as what now? I have no idea. It looks like we will rotate higher. I think the remainder of any moves for today will occur in the afternoon, if at all.

  2. I am a little embarrassed to admit that I have been scouring the charts for over an hour trying to figure out how you got a target of 21 for the low - I have no idea how you picked 115 as a sell area but I have my own entries in that vicinity so no worries.

But please enlighten me as to how/why you picked 21 as a target...

    thx!

    Pre-market Analysis for Monday 10 August 2009

I would be a seller at 115 255 on a first time approach only.

I would be a buyer at 114 215 on a first approach only.

At this present time, I am looking for a target of 115 165 for this move from today's lows.

No bias. I'm assuming a range bound day today.

  4. e.b.

Partly intuitive feel, and some other stuff.

That is all I can say.

  5. Not bad. The chart speaks for itself. Now if only I could convince myself to take the trade and walk away instead of scalping along the way.

    Pre-market Analysis for Tuesday 11 August 2009

I don't really want to sell today.

I don't have any clear cut levels that I can give. I do have some levels but they would require hand-holding.

If I have a chance I'll post more later.

Unfortunately I was unable to post my buy at 115 140 and exit 115 160 with a possible target of 115 200. Doesn't count, but 115 200 will be a key level today. If at all possible, assuming no market destroying news, I'd like to buy at 115 070 to 115 130 and sell near 115 200 again.

At this stage it is hard to say what we will do. I had no idea there would be enough strength to get up to 115 200 this early hence the exit at 115 160.

My first target for our upward move today is 115 305 followed by 116 010.

I'm in at 115 235 and watching closely as entries near the day's high tend to bite you in the end.

This is just a best guess, but look back to 07 Aug 2009. Read my post. See how we were blindsided? If we can approach the highs there just before the 0830 EST report on that day, there is a chance we will have a run on stops.

The high just before the report on Friday was 115 275.

The moment of truth is now....115 270 as I post.

Take some off in the 30's just to be safe, but I'm banking on at least 116 010 and probably a lot higher if we start running the shorts.
