  1. 0914 CST Consider this short which could have an entry anywhere from 111 02 to 111 04 to done if we can't get past 111 00.

Safest thing to do might be just to take 2 ticks and exit.

I'm still waiting on my 111 03 limit order to fill.

  2. 0918 Filled on the 111 03 sell order.

FYI, pulled the 111 04 and the 111 07 orders. Left the 111 06. We may need to allow a little room to 111 11 or so.

  3. This time around, I'll looking to exit all around 111 01 or 111 00. I'm not confident on a 110 print anymore. It may still happen, but I'm not loading up anymore.

This will probably be my last trade of the day, i.e. shorting for a re-test of the lows.

  4. This looks like a copy of Friday's market.

  5. 0932 CST Out at 111 05. I don't feel the same level of confidence as before. The hold of 111 01 is puzzling.

Standing aside for now. I've already met my target for today.

  6. Let me make sure I understand this: You're looking for 9 ticks upside (average sell at 111'04.5 to exit at 111'00) while tolerating 13 ticks drawdown (average sell at 111'04.5 to 111'11) That right?

  8. No, I'm not one of those. Just trying to understand the rationale behind the skewed risk-reward of this trade.

I will allow JP to 'splain his motivation to you Mister Troll.
In the meantime, if you go to the CBOT website, you will learn that the 30 YR trades in full ticks , not '64's like it's baby brother the 10 YR.
