Do you run your analysis on the 10/30 YR yields ever? I often find S/R levels based upon yield, especially the "psychological" ones that are really meaningless! good fishing! el surdo sambista
No but I think it is worth a look. Are you saying that you find it meaningless or that the psychological ones that are seen as meaningless really have significance?
All of the above! Anything that reaps tics is MEANINGFUL! A close below 109 '09 on a 90 minute ZBU07 is gonna trigger a BUY, good for a few! el surdo sambista
John, are there WGSR levels? Funny but 13221 coincide with AMT level, below this level shorts are conservative, longs are ultra-risky.
0952 CST Man what a day! I'm sorry I posted late so you missed the long at the lower level, but you had an opportunity to go long at 109 10. It is all "working", if you know what I mean....wink wink.
Yes they are WGSR levels, but keep in mind they were in effect for that day. Bottom line though WGSR levels hold significance into the future as well. I have the AMT book and I subscribed for awhile (both excellent by the way) but I had to cut back as keeping on top of the Dow and the SPI became very time consuming. Those numbers are based on my own calculations. I've been meaning to code AMT into a spreadsheet but haven't had time.
YM numbers for today 13208 13169 13108 I realize I'm posting this late, bottom line these numbers were known to me prior to market open. Also note that there are other numbers above and below, no reason to post those as the market isn't there right now.
Not boasting, just sharing to hopefully help people out. SRS has been very good to me in the 401K. Take a look at the daily and the hourly chart. Talk about a cycling chart! Buy approaches to 95-100 and exit as it approaches to 112 - 116. It is the closest thing to a futures contract I've found in the world of stocks. I'm sure there are others but this one is fine by me for now.
