Bond rally nearing an end?

  1. Hope it was for some investors so that they can profit.

Rather than just another BIG house making trading profits.

48 hour notice? Maybe someone should check into that :)

    thx McCurto!

  3. Yes, this is the day I've been waiting for since October 23 and the 109's in the ZB. One and change days don't come by often.

Thank God I stood aside on my desire to take long term shorts back then and instead just plugged away at what I do best: intra-day.

Today was quite a day, which followed quite a large move up in bond prices. But where do we go from here? Anybody???

  5. Just looking at the daily ZB chart I see we failed to pierce the high established on 15 September 2006. Just off the top of my head I would say we have more room to the downside. Today was only the second consecutive down day. Just scanning the last few turning points the down days last 3 - 5 days.

As always CBOT flavor includes the guy that knew about the number 30 minutes before, bought over 10,000 Dec 108 10yr puts after an initial RFQ 17 bid at 19 500 up. The 18's end up trading 10,000 times and the puts are magically worth 35 after the number. Ya, that guy's brother doesn't work at Bureau Labor and Statistics.
