Adios. Liffe was down practically all day Wednesday. That system has been the most unstable electronic platform I have ever traded - and I have been a Liffe member since 1998. I have close friends who have quit trading it because it's so obnoxious. Price and order servers crashing at least a couple times a week. And the CBOT expects to move their entire electronic platform over their in a couple of months. Fantastic. Why can't the CBOT give the Eurex a decent battle? The clowns want to give away the circus.
Is LIFFE so lousy? How could the traders in London depend on it? I feel the most reliable futures exchanges are the Eurex and CBOT. CME also has some problems.
