Bollinger Band Width(20) -- General

This is a very general question -- I am just wondering what the extreme readings are for Bollinger Band Width (20 period)? A range would also be appropriate ... just trying to get a foundation to work with.

You asked a very general question and this is a very specific answer. It's specific to one of my favourite mutual funds, VFIIX (Vanguard GNMA Fund). BB(20) is in the top panel in red, and the distance between the upper band & the lower band is in the bottom panel in fuschia.
