Don's the salesman, Bob is the trader/gambler of the outfit. Don himself says he pales to his brother's trading prowess.

to OP: i was just kidding around but i do suggest reading lescor's journal and his other posts if you like playing the open.
Actually a "ROFL" - and my brother is too. Yes, Bob is the genius of the trading world, and although I do fine, he is a more disciplined trader. He does a bit of "everything" - based on "where the money is." I'm the one who relies on the opening only trades a slot (someone has to run the company, can't be buried in positions all day, LOL). More on my big brother: http://www.stocktrading.com/trader10030.html Both of us from the "good old days" http://www.blackjackforumonline.com/content/Brightint.htm Made his day to see himself (instead of always me) here on ET. Don edit: Lescor is Corey, not Bob - Lescor is an excellent trader in his own right.
Don/Bob, in hindsight, was it a mistake to focus on hiring 100s of individual traders instead of ~10 quants in ~2000? an interesting interview BTW.
Is that a mini craps table or a poker table in the background? Looks like a poker table but can't tell with no chairs in view. Nice setup... shades on all windows and dark... perfect for trading or gambling... or both!
That's our Full Tilt/Bright Trading poker table. As you know, Full Tilt was started by a couple of our traders (Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, and CEO Ray Bitar our old L.A. Manager). And, yes, I can say "Jesus is a Bright Trader" LOL. Don
Chris, for the short time that he was there was a terrible trader. I personally watched him ride 4kids down $40 in two months. He was a very nice guy though.
