Jan. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Bank of New York Mellon Corp., the worldâs largest asset custodian, will report fourth-quarter earnings today instead of Jan. 22 as originally planned. The firmâs Tier 1 Capital Ratio probably rose to 13.1 percent as of Dec. 31 from 9.3 percent on Sept. 30, the New York-based company said today in a statement. The tangible capital equity ratio fell to 3.8 percent from 3.9 percent in the third quarter, according to the statement.
