I take it that you still use Trade-Ideas stock alert....the Pro version yet? Did you start with T-I when you were a novice, or later? Has the scanner/alert really made that much of a difference in your progress? Since you trade from Redi's platform, you're probably more of a tape reader, right? Then, do you also use a separate charting service, or does T-I combined with the tape reading basically serve the same purpose for intraday....? Thanks.
Unless you are willing to share your market techniques, there is no real reason to post your pnl on this site. It just draws enmity from other posters. I know exactly what my numbers are and posting them on a public message board serves me no purpose.
Nah just take that one day you made 5k or more and do a little editing. Pretty easy to do. Better yet, grab a screen shot of the "hedge fund"'s big day, that should impress a lot. BTW, Diamond, do you swing & hold overnights? Seems like you hold positions and do not scalp much. I don't see your volume on there. I don't have screen shot but why would you doubt me? Made a whooping $981 on 120k shares. Whoo weee, getting me a new pair of shoes. Payless, here I come.
Just to show the silliness of this thread, I'll let you guess as to what day this was (not today). <img src=http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=746617>
I started using TI about a year and a half ago. I have been trading for a long time. TI for me makes all the difference and I am for sure the biggest fan they have on this board. I have not seen anything else that can automate what I do like their alerts. I stared with web they did not always have PRO but now I use PRO. I use REDI charts, they suck completely but since I use TI for the real analysis I just glance at charts to make myself feel better.
Hydro buddy no shame in making some dough. By the way have tried http://www.vapir.com/ only for the advanced ;-)
Whoa, the D-man gets it on the first guess. Yeah, quadruple witch Dec '04, my best day ever. Done and flat in 20 minutes. Would like some more of those. Yes, Hammer.
