be glad it isn't me in charge, I'd just make it a $100,000 fine for anyone lighting up outside their private nicotine den, plus a flogging for being an imbecile.

Well I would hope his first enforcement of no smoking in public places would start near a public school in an African American neighborhood.

I wonder how that would go down.....
