Depends on how historical you wanna get... As long as the underlying is still valid in BBG, you can get the options for it. However, the underlying, once it's matured, doesn't stick arnd for too long.
Of course it has the historical data for downloading. As long as the option's underlying is still valid in BBG, you can download the historical data for options on that underlying. Problem is that, unfortunately, BBG doesn't keep the underlying ticker valid for too long. Hence my previous post.
