Bloomberg.com new layout WTF?

  1. There's always MarketWatch if you like white background. Why would Bloomberg want to look like MW?

  4. Now they seem to have removed the option of using the old black background version. If you type in http://noir.bloomberg.com you get redirected back to the new site.

    Oh well, I guess I will have to change my homepage to ft.com

    Clear your cache. Had thought similar but it is a cache problem. Just checked it and I can still get "noir".

    Also, choice is still available on the bottom.

  6. Looks like they pulled the plug on the "noir" site for good. Now we are stuck with this dumbed down orange and white version of the site. :(

  8. I hate the new version. But if you go to the bottom of the page on the left hand side they give you the option to switch to the old version.
    The orange type on the black was easy on the eye very easy to read. I like the layout too. The new white is harder to read and the layout is cluttered and confused.

    Looks like they finally took out the black version - no matter what browser or computer I try it on, white is the new black.

    Too bad.
