Also i have noticed Mr Al doesnt like black conservatives [ Justice Clarence Thomas ]; or especially justified deadly force, even if its a police good shot, on a literal face ripping chimp, who bit 2 hands off. Re: Al Sharpton Reaver posted some very sensible points, his arguements are fair, valid reasonable but ordinary. The issue with Al Sharpton if one is to ever understand his point of view is to view his world through his skil set (which is narrowly deficient). Rather than focus on what he says and his actions, you must delve inside the thought processes of how his mind works AND what he says does make sense to him and his followers. Their are injustices everyday in the black community but he has no tools to address the problems, actually he is quite powerless to make change or improvements except by exhorting dollars from any available source. Point being, rather than rally around like minded Sharpton detractors (which accomplishs nothing) the key is to know Al.

The people who are actually trying to help create opportunites for minorities and underprivledged citizens are not Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, etc. It's the people who started organizations like Teach for America that are making a real difference and providing a GREAT service.

The flaws with Black culture are minimized. Incidentally, I find it quite curious how traders are supposed to be people who have expunged themselves of destructive emotion. White guilt is destructive, it's what allows Blacks to not be held up to standard and then some psycho babble is offered as reason. Blacks in turn fulfill their expectation of this. What if you convinced a trader that the 'system' is rigged against him, and you told him that blaming everyone but himself was not only ok but that it is useful to institutionalize the complaining and victimization? That his failures are the product of history outside his control? The chances of success for that guy are 0.
