Please elaborate, so I can call a money manager, and tell him why we need to be in cash until this mess shakes itself out. Sure, the Clients will "seal in" losses going to cash now. But, I don't see any reason to keep their toes in the boiling water losing copius amounts. My goodness, this manager is down 19% the last 5 months, and won't listen to me on his buy and mold "strategy" not being any kind of strategy at all in this environment.
