Well, it is you who should look up the definition as it's apparently you who is confused. No, murder is not the same as just killing someone. If I drink and drive and accidentally hit you on the road and you die then I did not murder you. If I did not drink and accidentally hit you and you die I also did not murder you. If I hit you on purpose and you die as a result then I did murder you. Keyword: intent.
Non-premeditated intentionally killing somebody (without grounds for self-defense) is generally second degree murder. However, if you kill somebody while intentionally harming somebody and that harm contributed to their death (once again without grounds for self-defense), this generally falls under the category of third degree murder in PA. This is what Derek Chauvin was correctly convicted of. Interestingly it’s only a charge in 3 states: FL, MN, and PA. Under other states they might describe it as a form of 2nd degree murder or a form of manslaughter. Homicide laws/definitions vary from state to state.
When you say “their violence” I assume you mean the human race. Homicide rates are highly correlated with poverty, hence Russia has an extremely high homicide rate even though there are hardly any black people that you’re so afraid of. When people can’t find good employment to make an honest living they turn to the black market for economic opportunity. Obviously, laws don’t govern the black market, violence does. Another thing homicide rates are highly correlated with are an ease of access to guns and this country is just about #1 in the world in that category.

Intentionally? How do you know that? Does not appear to me from the video alone. Looks more like opportunistic expression of anger. That's closer to manslaughter. Nothing on the video points to the possibility of the kids having said "hey, let's kill this old fart", more along the lines of "hey let's give this old dude a good beating", the old guy might have actually said or done something to deserve a beating, else why would those kids even follow the guy? Has nothing to do with murder at all
Find good employment? Lol. Most black street thugs don't look for employment. They look to make ends meet and pursue "commercial opportunities" Also, poor blacks kill other blacks at a much higher rate than other ethnic groups. Let's not play SJW and water down facts and statistics.
