The cops clearly went for the darker of the two because in a quick assessment he looks white....

does not change the inherent racism in the cops actions as the whitish kid was on top of the Black kid and the cops yanked off the white kid and sat him down while jumping on the Black kid and handcuffing him while the white kid sat comfortably in his char....
