this is it, all the people about to retire will take a look at their 401k's only to find out they have to go back to work LMAO
if the market doesnt close at new lows (under 1200) tomorrow im going to go long if all these disaster sundays cant make new lows, the bottom is in short term
When I saw the headlines about Barclays and BoA pulling out of Lehman talks I was 'sure' we'd open around 1210 with a swift move down below 1200. It's either a "gift" shorting opportunity here at 1220 or a warning sign we open tomorrows pit session around 1250. Trend is down so I'm gonna try shorting a little but I won't overstay my welcome if it doesn't move lower.
i have about 47 years till i retire, my dad who is 50 is smart and pulled all of his money out of the stock market in November and put it all into money market and he is waiting for something like this or maybe the next bank to fail to load up again. Myself i trade on my spare time so i have nothing overnight tomorrow is just another day albeit its gonna be volatile as hell tmrw. it's not funny its just sad that the government is letting this happen to people who saved their whole lives only to end up with nothing.
