SPX had a nice bounce off the 40 Day MA at 1227.77 SPX has decent support at the 21 DAY MA at 1224.05 which just happens to be a tad below last Thursday's intra-day low. All in all, not a bad day given the events in the oil markets. By the way: The Faster that Rita moves, the more likely it hits Texas. The Slower that Rita moves, the more likely it hits New Orleans again. Stay tuned!
yes but my short position trade from end of day friday was in a bear day today --- plus i will re-enter some short positions in the es tonight before the EU market opens to see if there will be any follow through to the german election situation. bull market or not --- market can't go up everyday.

game not over yet --- but the oil move today really helped a lot of the hedgies who were starting to take some heat from the oil sell-off from the highs ---- { http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=55636&highlight=hedge+funds+oil } still a lot of time in the fourth quarter of this liquidity game --- greenie coming on the field to play tomorrow could make for some big plays! somebody may be getting the gatoraid jug ready!
