  3. how could you say the bears are in control? today was a bear spanking and tomorrow is shaping up as a bear killing. now if you covered friday and shorted tomorrow maybe you can scalp a profit but if you shorted monday morning on all this crash talk you are going to get hurt short term at least.

  5. No I didn't ... I was avoiding it because I know if I see that set up, I will want to run out and buy a bunch of stuff that is not necessary for me right now. :D

    I will though and I will pm you after I do if my fiancee doesn't shot me for the buying spree ... lol.

    Hi Vhehn,

    Obviously today was up but it was a rather weak day according to my analysis.

    I know Samson trades longer term and my comments were geared to that time frame. And in that respect, the bears are still in control. We need more upside movement and volume to invalidate my bearish stance.

    Intraday, I micro trade (scalp) both long and short so I don't think I'll get too hurt. I have another account for my Macro trades (longer term) which went bearish again on the 13th. I trade multiple timeframes for diversification and keep separate accounts for each activity.
