Your point is very well taken from the standpoint of "Trade what you see, not what you think." Markets go where they want, logic notwithstanding.

I speak more from a macro perspective.

 

thanks for the info. Speaking of clothing I want to buy some classy shirts/sweaters/outerwear so if you know of any particularly good sales still going on let me know. I have been checking online and some stores still have Black Friday pricing in effect through Sunday or Monday.

 

Yes I just shopped for RAM and it's regular price so pass for now. If there is a decent sale Monday maybe.

 

I buy most of my stuff on this one forum because the deals are better than anything you can find in stores (generally 75%+ off). You must know your size and measurements though for a proper fit. I expect a lot of new stuff to go for sale soon on the forum because the guys will have found good stuff on BF and are looking to flip for some money (why go search for the good valued stuff when these guys will do it for you). It's a pretty tight community so there are rarely any ever problems between buyers and sellers.

but if you're like most people, i would just go to a large fashion outlet mall. for something cheap that looks nice, banana republic outlet has v-neck merino wool sweaters for a little over 20 dollars (after the 50% off everything in store discount which is nation wide)
