So AA states that slots must be held in relation to geographical presence of the minority. What I find most funny, since we are 12% of the population, AA states that a company must have 12 blacks out of 100 on the payroll in certain positions. You are one of those white boys who is upset because he is worried about not making the cut for the other 88 positions available. You are a joke, man.

I see this all the time in the Left media. They explain what Conservatives are "really thinking" then argue against that. This dog whistle metaphor is just a way to take a Conservative point and turn it to something that can be debated. The point of getting college transcripts is to see if Obama applied to these schools as a foreign national. This would question his citizenship. His PR firms did list him as a Kenyan for 15 years. Second reason is to see who paid for his school. Which communist country or group funded his $500,000 education.
